We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data entry, with a strong focus on working with Excel, Shopify, and WooCommerce. Knowledge of delivery applications such as Talabat, InstaShop, Deliveroo, and others is highly advantageous.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Data Entry and Management:**
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Perform data validation and ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports and analyze data as required.
- **E-commerce Platform Management:**
- Manage and update product listings on Shopify and WooCommerce.
- Ensure all product information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts.
- **Delivery Application Coordination:**
- Familiarity with delivery applications such as Talabat, InstaShop, Deliveroo, etc.
- Coordinate order entries and updates across multiple delivery platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders through delivery applications.
- **Quality Control:**
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of data and information.
- **Communication and Coordination:**
- Liaise with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Communicate with external partners and delivery services to resolve any issues.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulae.
- Experience with Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with delivery applications like Talabat, InstaShop, and Deliveroo.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
**Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
