1. Contact with existing customers in person and by phone or email or meet them directly if it is necessary. Due to the reason of adding new SKU or solution to make increase the potential sales by work together etc.,
2. Adding new accounts by contacting new clients by getting appointment with them through cold calls or emails.
3. Entering new tender of potential clients by filling the form through online portal and follow up.
4. Preparing Quotations for new requirements
5. Price negotiation, contracts, payments & services by filling each otherās official forms & documents.
6. Preparing Quotations for new requirement
7. Monitoring clearing issues of products, delivery, returns and emergency missing deliveries by co-ordinate with our warehouse team and customers.
8. Giving feedback on sales trends to management team & Director.
9. Compiling and analyzing sales figures by coordinate with the account team for keep recording and achieving.
10. Collecting customer feedback and market research
11. Competitors, their products & activities monitoring & track and report all competitive activity.
12. Handling payment collection &collection follow up regularly.
13. Addressing customer issues and communicating pass the serious issues to director and the responsible team.
14. Keep recording all the client contact details, product requirements, credit application form & documents, payment records, monthly sales and yearly agreed contract prices via system file in a date format.
15. Generate new product packing & manufacturing ideas for marketing
16. Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
17. Understand and communicate the organizationās priorities to ensure teamās alignment with Groupās objectives.
18. Yearly Budget & Target Planning.
19. Responsible for the overall sales strategy of assigned area for marketing.
