Job Roles & Responsibilities
• Control of project documents distribution and coordination of action assignments.
• Responsible for establishing, processing and auditing transmittals letters to the owner, engineer and subcontractor also responsible for logging and tracking transmittals letters through computerized system (ACONEX).
• Responsible for transmittals receiving and date stamped, ensure that all documents indicated on transmittal have been received and notify any discrepancies to originator.
• Establishing drawing control system to track drawings, specifications and bid packages, maintain a complete file of bid and contract documents and issue revised drawings to all affected suppliers and subcontractors via transmittal/letters.
