• Copy, scan and store documents.
• Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
• Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows).
• Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
• File documents in physical and digital records.
• Create templates for future use.
• Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.

Responsible to issue receipts for passes and collect payment from the customer, mandatory to collect the required supporting documents from the visitor as per instruction from the management. Prepare cash summary.
Follow correctly the rules and regulations, procedures and policies communicated by the management of World Security and customer. Must be aware of all standard documents that are being advised to use by the management and customer.
