• Welcome members and greet people who visit the business
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Update members records with contact and billing details.
• Assist members and visitors with any inquiries in a polite manner
Must be fluent in English (Written and Verbal).
Must be good in Microsoft office (word and excel).
Must be hardworking and able to work under pressure.
Must be diligent and organize in managing office work.
Must be able to manage different ethnic group environment.
Must be good in handling international clients and is flextime in dealing with them.
Can join immediately will be preferable.
