Qualification and Responsibilities :
-fluency in English
-answers the phone calls, doing the frontline duties
-can do multi tasking
Greet, smile and welcome guest to the hotel
• To provide an efficient and friendly check-in according to company directives
• To handle guest requests ensuring that all matters are dealt with efficiently and promptly taking preference over administrative tasks.
Answers enquiries over the telephone and in person relating to hotel services and the registrations of guests
Carries out any other duties as designated by the Long Stay Operations Manager.
Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work
Maximize sales revenues through up-selling and marketing program
