Housekeeping Supervisor / Coordinator Job Vacancy in UAE
- Provide a professional and advisory support to the Housekeeping Executive, to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the Housekeeping department.
- Supervise and oversee the day-to-day Housekeeping operation including inspection of guest rooms and public areas.
- Assume responsibilities of Housekeeping Executive in his/ her absence.
- Coach and train all talents in the department, improve their work performance through inspections, corrections of standards and provide direction.
- Ensure hotel and housekeeping regulations and procedures are being followed by all HK associates
- Attend and assist to conduct Housekeeping communication meetings.
- Investigate complaints, take corrective actions and follow through.
KEY ROLES
- Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her staff
- Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries according to set standards and procedures
- Supervise public areas
- Ensure that guest supplies are replenished
- Ensure guests requests are promptly and courteously met
- Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms using P.M.S system
- Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair
- Maintain a section floor report
