Take responsible for safety, quality and productivity.
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Familiarity with Gulf region construction regulations and standards.
- Responsible for short and long-range planning and organizational goals for the engineering department.
- Ensures the optimal performance of engineering staff. Monitors the work of employees through personal observation.
- Prepares departmental budgets and forecasts to control labour and expenses as required.
- Ensures all relevant acts and regulations are complied with.
- Trains staff in safety and emergency procedures.
- Prepare monthly report for Managing Director.
