· Ability to supervise loading and unloading of vehicles and cargo inside containers.
· Must be capable of managing labor and instructing them in accordance with company policy.
· Analyze and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and the performance of employees.
· Provide customer service by answering questions or resolving issues.
· Manage the warehouse's day-to-day operations and establish staffing levels and assign workloads.
