Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Make travel arrangements
Document expenses and hand in reports
Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Skills required:
1. Organized, clean and neat
2. Previous work experience as cleaner/tea/girl
3. Knowledge in preparing various tea & coffee (specially Arabic drinks/coffee/tea)
4. Respectful and courteous
