• Attend to incoming calls and other communications
• Handle filing system
• Conduct regular cleaning and organizing of the office
• Undertake general office clerk duties and errands
• Assist in organizing and maintaining office common areas
• Preserve office equipment as needed
• Wipe all the window blinds in the offices
• Prepare refreshments for the office staff as and when required
• Document information as required
• Carry out any other task as may be required
Requirements:
Male and Female Indian Sri Lankan Nepali Filipino and Pakistan.
Salary 3000 depends on experience plus accommodation and transportation.
