 Tenancy contract renewal
 Keep all documents up to date
 Preparing real estate forms and documenst like lease agreement.
 Property listing in CRM and other marketing portal and social media platforms.
 Follow up on leads for buyers, sellers and renters.
 Maintain an extensive database of all properties for sale and leases.
 Conduct negotiation with the develppers and real estate agents on behalf of clients.
 Actively participate in projects, manage a team and make sure the deadlines are met.
