We are looking for a female/male receptionist who should be able to handle the following. Candidates having UAE experience would be preferred however fresher are welcome.
Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
Responding to Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries through various channels like phone, email, chat, or social media.
Order Assistance: Help customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any related issues.
Product Support: Provide information and guidance about the company's products or services and their features and usage.
