• Strong technical knowledge

• Familiarity with Gulf region construction regulations and standards.
• Responsible for short and long-range planning and organizational goals for the engineering department.
• Ensures the optimal performance of engineering staff. Monitors the work of employees through personal observation.
• Prepares departmental budgets and forecasts to control labour and expenses as required.
• Ensures all relevant acts and regulations are complied with.
• Trains staff in safety and emergency procedures.
• Prepare monthly report for Managing Director.
