keeping the reception area tidy, answering and forwarding phone calls, screening phone calls
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling all aspects of shipping, including but not limited to coordinating with shipping agents for rates; preparation, checking and confirmation of shipping documents; updating of the shipment status and making sure that order has been prepared from sending order until the goods has reached the customer’s place of delivery
Assist in the preparation of documents including but not limited to Proforma Inv, purchase order, sales invoice and packing list, Bill of Lading, certificate of Origin and other documents as agreed in the contract.
