DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises staff, ensures employees follow policies and procedures, maintains a healthy and safe work environment, and disciplinary recommendations
- Identifies, responds to, and resolves issues and concerns from customers or related to safety issues
- Assists employees with complex trades activities and/or maintenance jobs
- Promotes and advances safety
- Provides on-call service to building facilities
- Maintains regular attendance and punctuality
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or leve

Skill in:
- Monitoring and evaluating employees
- Prioritizing and assigning work
- Using applicable tools and equipment
- Purchasing materials, equipment, and supplies
