Sales Administrative Coordinator Job Vacancy in UAE
- Coordinate with packing on the delivery locations, packaging etc
- Making sure delivery is complete and get DN & invoice signed
- Submit DN & invoice to finance & keeping record in clients file
- Maintain all communications with client for any discrepancies until job is closed
- Keeping Sales staff in the loop of all communications, escalate for any discrepancies
- Keeping sample in safe place artwork, actual sample, fabric codes, fabric source etc for any future re-orders
- Keep in track of clients portals for any new inquiries general portals
- Dispatch inquiries to sales staff, listing all required documents offers formats, bid bonds, company documents and keeping track of closing date
- Making sure sales staff commit to prepare submission documents 2 days prior closing time
- Making sure sales staff to prepare required samples on submission date
- Submit the tender documents
- Follow up tenders officially through portals and official communications
