Store In-charge / Store Assistant Job Vacancy in UAE
1. Candidate should have a relevant experience in retail and whole sales
2. Ensure that all the items are displayed in the shop and person should capable to explain about the product to the customers
3. Should have knowledge to place the order with internal team
4. Prepare invoice, collect and maintaining the cash, depositing with company account, POS system knowledge
5. Ensure the store security
6. Ensure zero variance in stock within the retail outlet
Train and develop employees to meet the necessary performance standards.
Quarterly appraisal of the team and organize one-to-one sessions to evaluate the individual. Assist in solving work-related issues Plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
Arrange container off-loading as per schedule
Conducting monthly physical verification of Inventory and communicating it to MIS Team.
Monitor Inbound and outbound activity and ensure timely completion.
