- Receive shipments of goods and materials, check against the delivery note specifications and report any discrepancy/damage or short receipt to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
- Specific for Multimedia: Submit Shipping documents to censorship
- Perform routine inspection, cleaning and minor maintenance of lifting and stacking equipment to minimize any unplanned operational interruptions and maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Transfer goods to and between stores, and documents between stores and back office
- coordination of operations.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure timely completion of operational activities.
- Address operational issues and challenges in a proactive and timely manner.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with internal teams and drivers.
