Responsibilities
({housekeeping attendant,Room Boy, Bell boy,Cleaners,Kitchen Helper.Frontdesk,Guestroom attendant})
- Restock paper, hand sanitizer and hand soap supplies
- Cleans and maintains guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms and cupboards according to set standards and procedures and replenishes guest supplies
- Moves furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning or site relocation
- Maintains cleanliness of department equipment and reported needed repairs to EVS Supervisor
- Clean rooms and furnishings in assigned work areas
- Change the linen and making beds daily
- Clean the bathroom to the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene
- Cleans guest bathroom/bed room/floor corridor.
- Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and maintains of his work area.
- Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area.
- Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.
- Authorize to enter in guestrooms for cleaning and providing turndown services as per requirement.
- Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.
