Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and monitoring the performance of all warehouse staff
- Ensuring that all warehouse processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping, are done accurately and efficiently
- Developing and implementing procedures to improve the efficiency of the warehouse
- Maintaining a safe and secure working environment
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new supplies as needed
- Team Supervision:
- Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to warehouse staff, ensuring an equitable distribution of workload.
- Motivate and support the team to achieve daily targets and maintain a high level of productivity.
