Key Responsibilities
* Conduct learning needs analysis and gap assessments to define organizational learning priorities.
* Design and develop effective learning programs including e-learning courses, workshops, webinars, and training materials.
* Implement and facilitate learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals and culture.
* Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers on learning progress and performance.
* Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programs using defined metrics and assessment methods.
* Manage learning and development budgets, resources, and external vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
* Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in learning and development and apply them to programs.

Ideal Profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, including experience in a managerial role.

* Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and learning technologies.
* Experience within the automotive industry is preferred.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
