What You’ll Do
* Lead strategic initiatives to secure new O&M contracts for water treatment plants, focusing on Abu Dhabi and other UAE markets
* Drive growth in Water Services O&M for PO plants, STPs, and industrial water treatment facilities
* Develop and implement market entry strategies for emerging sectors like Waste-to-Energy and Biogas
* Engage industrial clients, offering tailored water efficiency and sustainability solutions
* Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals for tenders and projects
* Collaborate with Veolia Water Technologies to deliver integrated water and energy solutions
* Manage financial components of proposals and ensure profitability
* Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities in water and energy sectors
* Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and QHSE standards across operations
* Support strategic planning and budgeting for water and renewable energy projects
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or Natural Resource Management
* Minimum 10 years of experience in water treatment, renewable energy, or environmental sectors
* Proven leadership in O&M, large-scale infrastructure projects, and business development
* Expertise in RO, STPs, biogas, and waste-to-energy technologies
* Strong analytical, planning, and financial management skills
* Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English, Arabic or French is a plus
* Proficient in Google Suite and capable of managing technical documentation
