Key Responsibilities
* Lead ERP implementations and system enhancements from a finance perspective across automotive businesses in the UAE and overseas.
* Act as the finance lead for ERP platforms and satellite systems, ensuring standardized and automated processes aligned with financial reporting.
* Drive digital transformation initiatives focused on automation, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
* Identify process gaps and bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and promote best-in-class finance and business processes.
* Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to reduce audit risks.
* Design exception management dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools to support governance and control.
* Enable finance capability through structured training programs on compliance, internal controls, ERP processes, and analytical tools.
* Collaborate closely with IT, business leaders, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
* MBA or advanced professional qualification is an advantage.
* 6 to 8 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 4 years supporting ERP platforms such as SAP.
* Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, SAP, or Project Management are preferred.
* Prior exposure to automotive or retail finance environments is highly desirable.
