Role Context
The Sustainability Manager will guide the development and delivery of environmental, social and governance initiatives across the organization. The position combines strategic planning, regulatory
compliance, performance analysis, project management and stakeholder engagement to advance responsible operations and contribute to regional sustainability priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop sustainability strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
* Implement environmental and social responsibility programs.
* Maintain alignment with regulatory and certification requirements.
* Analyze environmental, social and governance performance metrics.
* Prepare detailed ESG reports for senior management.
* Communicate sustainability results to external stakeholders.
* Monitor compliance with local and international standards.
* Coordinate sustainability certification activities.
* Manage projects from initial planning through completion.
* Establish project budgets and allocate required resources.
* Coordinate internal departments around sustainability priorities.
* Engage external stakeholders and industry partners.
* Identify opportunities to reduce environmental impacts.
* Support organizational change through evidence-based recommendations.
* Establish key performance indicators for sustainability programs.
* Monitor initiative effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Ideal Profile
* Minimum 15 years of sustainability management or environmental compliance experience.
* Proven ability to develop and implement sustainability strategies.
* Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
* Proficiency in environmental data and performance analysis.
* Familiarity with ISO 14001, B Corp or equivalent certifications.
* Strong project-management and organizational capabilities.
* Experience controlling budgets and conducting financial analysis.
* Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
* Middle East or GCC experience is preferred.
* Understanding of Saudi Vision 2030 sustainability priorities.
* Experience with carbon-footprint assessment and greenhouse-gas accounting.
