Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses while assisting with resolving employee concerns or issues.
HR Administration: Provide administrative support including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, managing HR databases, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Your role also includes ensuring accurate HR processes are followed and helping the team with any administrative tasks they might need assistance with
Training & Development: Assist with the coordination and delivery of training programs to support employee development and compliance with company standards.
Performance Management: Support the performance management process by helping to track progress, assist with appraisals, and maintain performance-related documentation.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements. Assist in audits and policy updates.
Team Collaboration: You\'ll communicate with clarity and professionalism at all times, both verbally and in writing. By fostering positive relationships with your team members and other departments, you\'ll help the department run smoothly and effectively. You\'ll be responsible for maintaining confidentiality in all HR matters. You\'ll also ensure that all health, safety, security, and fire regulations are followed. You’ll contribute positively to the team dynamic, always showing enthusiasm and a willingness to help others.

Qualifications
Educated to bachelor’s degree level or beyond, ideally in business, human resources management, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
Prior experience as a member of a People & Culture team in a large, fast-paced organisation.
Fluency in verbal and written English is essential; additional language skills, such as Arabic, would be an advantage.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Previous experience working in a truly global work environment is essential.
