Responsible for Oracle updates and final payroll run monthly
Completes and sends monthly employee movement report to the owning company.
Conducts and collate all exit interview feedback.
Do the visa renewal list & passport expiry list to send to all coordinators in a monthly basis
Update recruitment tracking for new joiners and remove leavers list.
Organize the monthly colleague committee meeting and take meeting minutes
Issue promotion/salary increase letters to colleagues.
Update job description for promotions
Schedule six weeks coffee chat to meet AHDR/DHR.
Process all colleague status changes and register profiles for new starters and leavers for the monthly payroll.
Updating and tracking annual and probation period appraisals.
Assist colleagues will all HR related queries and questions
Creating and deleting email access for new starters and leavers.
Monthly Oracle update for payroll. New hires and status changes for colleagues.
