Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled BMS Command and Control Centre Operator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and monitoring of critical systems, including the building management system (BMS), SCADA, traffic signal systems, CAFM, and irrigation systems at Dubai Festival City. The operator will work in a 24x7 control centre, overseeing system performance, identifying issues, and ensuring rapid response to maintain a comfortable and efficient environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, verify, and manage work requests and work orders, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely job execution.
- Receive and log CCC-related calls, providing efficient response and coordination.
- Follow up with MEP and Non-MEP teams on job card completion and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct verifications of completed maintenance work, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- Generate daily reports on work completion, preventive maintenance activities, and system performance.
- Monitor equipment failures, raise job cards for contractors, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure proper operation of all monitored equipment.
- Oversee the performance of HVAC systems through the BMS platform, adjusting settings as required for efficiency.
- Track energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy-saving improvements.
- Provide recommendations to facility managers on outstanding maintenance tasks and system enhancements.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC systems, BMS operations, installation, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of BMS platforms, CMMS, or CAFM operational systems.
- Strong understanding of energy management and building automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot system failures and coordinate with technical teams.
- Strong communication skills in English and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
