Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets:
- Achieve sales targets set by the management for Annual Maintenance Contracts and variable FM jobs.
- Generate project/business opportunities and Request for Proposals (RFPs) through proactive customer engagement and relationship building.
- Drive the sales process from inquiry and RFP coordination through to closing the deal.
- Track and report current status of potential projects, market trends, customer developments, and competitor activities.
- Lead the development and preparation of RFPs, Pre-Qualifications, and formal presentations.
- Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed.
- Assess the quality of incoming business and refocus efforts to align with company objectives.

Develop Sales Strategies:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company\'s business goals and profitability targets.
- Perform market research to identify new service opportunities that provide competitive advantages and secure market share.
- Track competitor strengths and weaknesses, analyze market trends, and set strategic plans to win contracts.
- Design, create, and implement sales and marketing plans to drive growth and increase branding opportunities.
- Promote and enhance the visibility of services provided by the organization.
- Identify potential clients, organize presentations, and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities for a cohesive go-to-market approach.

Relationship Management and Collaboration:
- Develop and implement relationship strategies to maximize chances of securing new business profitably.
- Build strong and trusted working relationships with customers, prospects, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with senior management to prepare and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources for strategic alignment.
- Act as a resource for management with respect to sales and marketing issues.
- Drive innovation by encouraging idea-sharing within the team and across divisions.
- Oversee the performance and development of sales executives, preparing action plans for lead generation and business growth.
- Collaborate with operations teams to enhance cooperation between sales and operations for smooth project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent customer service attitude with the ability to interact professionally with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills for building and maintaining relationships internally and externally.
- Proficient in negotiation and influencing skills with a persuasive communication style.

- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in progressive business development and sales within the Facilities Management industry in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license.
