Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Provide accurate and complete information while delivering high-quality customer service.
- Identify customer issues and offer suitable solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maximize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling when applicable.
- Stay updated on products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance.
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns and additional service-related projects.
- Process customer transactions accurately and maintain detailed service records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Bilingual fluency: English (B2+ level) and Russian speaker.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC applications.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Positive, proactive, and professional approach with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, five days a week on a rotational schedule.
