Key Responsibilities
* Support daily management of Defects Liability Period activities across assigned assets.
* Coordinate snagging and defect close-out from identification through formal acceptance.
* Participate in inspections and joint walkthroughs with project and operational stakeholders.
* Identify incomplete works, defects, deficiencies, and operational readiness gaps.
* Verify that observations are clearly described and supported by appropriate evidence.
* Record each defect within the approved tracking system.
