Multi-Technician - HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing
Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Technician with expertise in air conditioning (AC), electrical systems, and plumbing. This hands-on role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple technical disciplines to ensure seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, ventilation, and ductwork
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in AC units, electrical components, and thermostats
- Conduct regular inspections, filter replacements, refrigerant charging, and system cleaning
- Provide recommendations for energy efficiency and system upgrades
- Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in circuits, appliances, and panel boards
- Conduct electrical inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Install and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, faucets, and drainage systems
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with technicians and team members to ensure seamless project completion
- Provide excellent customer service by advising clients on maintenance and safety
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, safety regulations, and technological advancements
- Complete service reports and documentation for all work performed
Required Skills and Experience
- Diploma or IT qualification in a relevant technical field
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled technician specializing in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
