Essential Qualification:

Diploma /degree in Agriculture or related fields
Excellent proficiency in the English language


Experience Requirements:

Minimum Experience: At least an year of proven work experience in one of the following areas: greenhouse production, vertical farming systems, aquaculture, field cultivation
Desirable Experience: A total of more than 2 years of work experience is desirable, including the above-mentioned areas


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel, basic statistics


Personal Attributes:

We are seeking an independent individual who can identify problems, make decisions, propose solutions, supervise workers and report challenges to the supervisor


Expected Duties:

Supervise Greenhouse Production: Oversee the production of vegetables and fruits, including sowing, fertigation, organic pest protection, harvesting, and storage
Record and Analyze Crop Data: Collect data on crop phenology, harvest, and plant performance
Technical Analysis: Evaluate technical aspects (functions) of greenhouse production, such as ventilation, cooling, and watering systems
Maintain Vertical Farm Performance: Ensure the operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness of vertical farm systems, focusing on crop cultivation and technical aspects of hydroponics
Supervise and Train Laborers: Provide daily supervision and training to farm laborers




Duration:

Twelve months renewable based on availability of funds and performance




Timings:

Sunday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour lunch time. No-work on national holidays
