Job Overview
As a 145 Parts Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the storage, dispatch, documentation, and regulatory compliance of aircraft components, tools, and equipment. Your role is pivotal in supporting scheduled maintenance and ensuring airworthiness through precise inventory control and adherence to international aviation standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate documentation and records in AMOS for all parts, tools, and consumables
* Ensure timely dispatch and booking of unserviceable components for repair or overhaul
* Track calibration and maintenance of all tooling and ground support equipment
* Comply with GCAA, EASA, and safety standards across all warehouse operations
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments including Dangerous Goods (DGR) materials
* Assist in procurement negotiations and vendor communication
* Support invoice processing, stock reconciliation, and internal/external audits
* Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure part availability for scheduled services
* Participate actively in safety protocols and the company Safety Management System
Job Requirements
* High School Certificate or equivalent (required)
* UAE driver’s license (mandatory)
* Prior aviation or logistics experience
* Familiarity with GCAA regulations and AMOS software
* Certified in handling Dangerous Goods (preferred)
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain accuracy
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Willing to relocate or reside in Dubai full-time
