Assistant Manager - Internal Audit | Group Audit | Corporate Services
We are seeking an experienced internal audit professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager - Internal Audit. This role focuses on evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies, safeguarding assets, and assessing financial and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct operational and financial audits to assess internal controls and compliance with company policies.
- Review business processes to identify gaps and recommend control improvements.
- Ensure adherence to group policies, procedures, and delegation of authority frameworks.
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential financial and operational risks.
- Safeguard company assets by implementing and monitoring control measures.
- Draft audit reports with recommendations to enhance control in high-risk areas.
- Assist external auditors to facilitate efficient audits and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
- MBA in Finance or a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIA, or ACMA).
- 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with expertise in report writing and oral communication.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and databases for audit analysis.
