Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, new client acquisition, and market penetration within the corporate insurance sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to enhance business growth.
- Assist senior leadership in the development and execution of corporate business growth strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth execution and alignment with overall corporate objectives.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess department performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the department or division.
- Ensure cost management, profitability, and financial compliance in all business operations.
- Collaborate with different departments, including Underwriting and Finance, to implement corporate initiatives effectively.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to drive business improvement and operational efficiency.
- Identify potential risks and work with senior management to develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal regulations while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Provide regular reports to senior executives on department or division performance.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong business relationships.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a Sales & Marketing role within a corporate setting, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business outcomes.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on corporate solutions.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- High level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills to drive business objectives and stakeholder alignment.
