Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans, policies, and procedures to align with organizational objectives.
* Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Conduct operational and financial audits to assess accuracy, reliability, and efficiency across business units.
* Prepare professional audit reports and present findings to senior management and the Group Director of Internal Audit.
* Utilize computer-assisted audit tools to enhance coverage and data accuracy in financial and operational reviews.

Ideal Profile
* MBA in Finance or recognized professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIA).
* Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial and operational auditing across sectors such as retail, trading, real estate, or manufacturing.
* Strong technical knowledge of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
* Proficiency in financial systems and data analytics tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
