In this role, you will:
Act as a trusted advisor and Business Partner providing support and challenge to senior management team across Passenger Commercial to help manage the value of their organisation.
Managing the process to set annual budgets, full year forecasts, mid to long-term plans and target setting across Passenger Commercial including Global Sales.
Provide advice and consultancy in the development and validation of business cases to support the proposal to invest in new ventures, capital expenditure and large / long-term commercial agreements.
Ensure business performance is monitored on a periodic basis through relevant reports, KPI’s and meetings (e.g. MFR/MBR’s), including the identification and delegation of actions across the business to improve future business performance.
Ensure that an appropriate financial control environment exists in the business to protect the shareholders interest.
Ensure the Corporate Governance Manuals are followed across the entities.
Lead the development of the finance teams within the defined business portfolio to ensure a high performing Finance team.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree or Honours plus relevant professional qualifications i.e. MBA or Qualified Accountant.
Minimum 10+ yrs within a Finance department at a management level in a large, multi-national organisation.
Proven track record of delivering real value add FP&A support to a dynamic and challenging business.
Demonstrable experience in leading FP&A support through a period of significant business change.
Skilled Business Partner with the ability to influence senior stakeholders whilst building solid partnerships.
The ability to identify the right data to be translated into powerful stories through PowerBI.
High proficiency in MS excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, tables and graph production) as well as PowerBI and MS PowerPoint.
