Dicetek LLC is seeking a meticulous and experienced Compliance Officer to join a leading financial institution in Dubai. This role involves daily monitoring of operational activities and client onboarding processes to ensure full adherence to regulatory frameworks such as AML, KYC, FATCA, GDPR, and CTF. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in compliance operations and a solid grasp of regulatory obligations in banking and financial services. * Monitor and assess daily transactions and internal operations to identify potential compliance breaches
* Conduct periodic reviews of customer onboarding and documentation in accordance with AML and KYC guidelines
* Maintain up-to-date compliance records, logs, and reports for internal and regulatory audit purposes
* Collaborate with risk and operations teams to ensure proactive mitigation of non-compliance risks
* Escalate suspicious activity or discrepancies to appropriate stakeholders and assist in regulatory reporting
* Assist in the implementation of FATCA, GDPR, and other regional/international regulations
* Support internal audits and compliance assessments across departments
* Recommend improvements to existing controls and compliance processes
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance operations within banking or financial institutions
* Deep understanding of KYC, AML, CTF, and other financial regulatory frameworks
* Familiarity with global regulatory practices including FATCA and GDPR
* Strong documentation and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
* Strong communication and coordination skills
