In this remote role, you’ll support interest rate derivative operations for a leading financial institution, helping streamline trade processing and enhance operational workflows. You\'ll work from home while collaborating virtually with a high-performance Deloitte team and client stakeholders across time zones.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Provide operational support for interest rate derivative transactions from a remote setup
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from analysts to managing directors, through virtual channels
- Deliver strategic insights and offer solutions in real-time to senior leadership
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the FICC Operations Strategy
- Identify and implement process improvements using business intelligence tools
- Adapt to regulatory changes while supporting clients with innovative, scalable solutions
- Encourage a culture of innovation through remote teamwork and technology-driven practices
What Skills Are Needed for a Remote Operations Contractor in New York?
Education and Experience:
- Experience in financial operations, especially within investment banking or FICC
- Proven track record in process improvement, risk control, and regulatory adaptation
- Strong familiarity with U.S. banking practices and trade lifecycle
Skills:
