The Enterprise Architect Financial Services in Dubai will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide architecture across applications, business processes, data, integration, and cloud platforms for Al-Futtaim Group Technology. This role focuses on designing target architecture, driving financial services transformation, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives. It is a senior-level enterprise architect job in Dubai financial services that requires proven experience in banking technology, architecture frameworks, and digital transformation.

Core Duties
* Define target enterprise architecture to align with financial services strategy and IT transformation goals
* Build capability models, maturity assessments, and roadmaps to strengthen financial services architecture in Dubai
* Perform impact analysis of
new demands and provide solution approaches that support banking and financial services operations
* Lead technology evaluations through RFIs and RFPs and recommend solutions that meet business and compliance requirements
* Assess application portfolio and recommend upgrades, consolidation, or retirement for cost efficiency and resilience
* Establish standards for applications and technology platforms and prepare implementation roadmaps
* Research emerging banking and fintech technologies and recommend adoption to address capability gaps
* Lead proof of concepts, pilots, and integration workshops with stakeholders across financial services teams
* Ensure governance and compliance through enterprise architecture reviews and decision boards
Ideal Profile
* Enterprise-wide understanding of business strategy, data, applications, and technology architecture
* Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture domains with focus on financial services and banking solutions
* Certification in TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture framework
* Experience with banking frameworks such as BIAN and architecture tools such as LeanIX
* Ability to build high-level enterprise models and conduct detailed architecture assessments
* Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies for banking and financial services innovation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at senior management level

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
* 15 years of enterprise architecture experience with at least 5 years in financial services and banking sector in Dubai or GCC region
