Key Responsibilities

* Execute enterprise risk management frameworks, policies, and tools across assigned business units
* Maintain and update risk registers in collaboration with risk champions and stakeholders
* Conduct risk assessments, workshops, and documentation reviews to identify potential risks
* Evaluate control effectiveness and support root cause analysis for incidents
* Monitor key risk indicators, risk appetite thresholds, and mitigation actions
* Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for risk committees and senior management
* Ensure accuracy and consistency of ERM data, tools, and reporting systems
* Support risk awareness initiatives and mentor junior team members

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, Engineering, or related field
* 3–6 years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, compliance, or risk analytics
* Strong understanding of risk frameworks, governance structures, and internal controls
* Experience in risk reporting, dashboards, and performance monitoring
* Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail
* Effective communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders across functions
