· Supervision of accountants on the day to day accounting, payroll, and other finance activities
· VAT filing and administration
· Preparation and management of budgets and forecast
· Financial Modeling for various business decisions
· Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and board packs
· Business Analytics including sales reports and various KPIâs
· Treasury management â cash flow forecasting, liaising with banks for bank facilities, and funding of projects
· Business partnering with internal departments (operations, production, marketing, HR) and external stakeholders like banks, auditors, consultants
· Controlling of the procurement process
· Processes and systems improvements including formulation of financial policies and procedures
· ERP Implementation and system automation
· Leads the year end external audit process
