* Engineering background or professional qualification in finance (CA, ACCA, CPA) is mandatory

* Comfort with or eagerness to learn financial tools, BI dashboards, or data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel VBA)
* Self-motivated, proactive, and curious individual with a problem-solving attitude
