* Prioritize initiatives according to financial impact, operational value, scalability, technical feasibility, and customer benefit.
* Drive automation and AI solutions through structured sprint mechanisms.
* Establish measurable targets for hours saved, costs reduced, and operational performance improved.
* Lead projects through ideation, requirements definition, technical development, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
* Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
* Partner directly with engineering teams throughout software and automation development.
* Apply AFT and SCOT expertise when developing solutions for Amazon supply chain processes.
* Evaluate AWS technologies and select appropriate services for specific automation requirements.
