Key Responsibilities
* Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management activities for the assigned business unit.
* Analyze financial, economic and market data to help management make informed strategic and operational decisions.
* Assist in preparing long-term plans, annual budgets, business forecasts, funding plans and overhead budgets.
* Consolidate business unit financial inputs and ensure reports are accurate, timely and useful for decision-making.
* Prepare periodic performance reports covering revenue, expenses, costs, cash flow, investments, profits and key financial movements.
* Review economic indicators, inflation, interest rates, labor market trends and exchange rates to support short, medium and long-term forecasting.
* Contribute to business performance reviews by identifying trends, risks, cost movements and improvement opportunities.
* Support merger and acquisition analysis, portfolio reviews and investment evaluation activities when required.
* Analyze the financial impact of proposed investments or transactions against business objectives.
* Collect, verify and organize financial information from operating units to improve reporting quality and planning accuracy.
Ideal Profile
* 1-4 years of total work experience in a financial planning and analysis role.
* Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business performance analysis.
* Ability to interpret financial data, economic indicators and market trends with accuracy.
* Good analytical thinking with attention to detail and a structured approach to reporting.
* Comfortable working with business units, finance teams and senior stakeholders.
* Ability to support planning cycles, forecast preparation and performance review processes.
* Good communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
