Key Responsibilities
* Implement and manage the Group Tax strategy across planning, compliance, and risk management areas
* Provide tax advisory support to business units on transactions, restructurings, and acquisitions
* Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns in line with country-specific tax calendars
* Identify tax planning opportunities while maintaining compliance with risk management policies
* Assess, monitor, and mitigate tax risks across international operations
* Oversee tax accounting processes, including tax provisions and general ledger tax balances
* Manage tax audits and disputes in coordination with internal teams and external advisors
* Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and maintain required documentation
Ideal Profile
* Professional certification in Tax, Finance, or Accounting
* 8 to 10 years of experience in an international tax environment
* Strong knowledge of MENA tax regulations
* High level of analytical ability and attention to detail
* Proactive mindset with strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent organizational, project management, and time management capabilities
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken
