Lead Business Analyst KYC and FenX Configuration
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi Emirate United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with FenX configuration and deep expertise in the Know Your Customer KYC domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team of configurators.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage FenX configuration ensuring seamless integration with compliance frameworks
- Conduct business analysis for KYC implementation ensuring compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations FATF guidelines CRS and FATCA
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for FenX
- Mentor and manage a team of configurators providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed
- Work closely with IT and compliance teams to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiency
- Analyze and identify gaps in current KYC processes and recommend improvements based on industry best practices
- Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance in all KYC configurations and customer onboarding solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot configuration issues to maintain seamless operation
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with FenX configuration
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations FATF guidelines CRS and FATCA
- Expertise in the KYC domain including understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to business challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide team members
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Fenergo certification on configuration
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure including EC2 S3 RDS and CloudFormation
- Understanding of software development best practices including version control testing and CI or CD implementation
Minimum Experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on configuration experience with FenX
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the KYC domain using Fenergo and FenX
