Manager - Corporate Credit

Key Responsibilities
- Work with business units to understand the business flow of applications and develop disaster recovery plans for all business applications
- Develop recovery priorities, timelines, and strategies to ensure seamless business continuity
- Define and implement testing requirements for successful disaster recovery execution
- Configure and update infrastructure components, replication processes, and business functions
- Set up monitoring, alerts, and reports based on recovery time objectives and service level agreements
- Configure failover, failback, and switch-over workflows for business applications, ensuring proper functionality
- Coordinate with business teams to ensure runbooks are updated to reflect the current infrastructure
- Lead disaster recovery drills, crisis management exercises, and audit reporting for regulatory compliance
- Manage licenses for infrastructure components, coordinating with vendors for renewals and decommissioning
- Ensure critical applications are onboarded in the continuity patrol tool for monitoring
General Responsibilities
- Ensure ITSM and ServiceNow tools are used effectively for incident and service request management
- Maintain security configurations for all systems in compliance with defined standards and policies
- Troubleshoot execution issues and coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure connectivity and synchronization
- Conduct regular meetings with application owners to review workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor alerts in the continuity patrol tool and notify relevant teams for resolution
- Ensure SLA, RPO, and RTO objectives are met for all infrastructure components
- Participate in business continuity meetings and guide application teams on best practices
- Provide periodic reports on infrastructure components and support business recovery objectives
Required Skills and Experience
- Expertise in disaster recovery management using Perpetuuiti Continuity Patrol
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks such as ITIL
- Experience in network infrastructure, storage replication, and database management
- Strong leadership skills, including people management, selection, and team development
- Excellent analytical, planning, execution, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong confidentiality practices and customer service orientation
- Experience managing multicultural teams and promoting knowledge sharing
