Product Manager - Digital Financial Solutions Dubai
Position Overview

* Build and manage a product roadmap with detailed user stories and delivery milestones

* Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and ensure timely feature releases
* Act as the central liaison between engineering, design, and QA teams for flawless execution
* Drive product performance through data-backed decisions, usability feedback, and agile iteration
* Promote a user-first mindset across all product development stages
* Contribute to a culture of innovation and ownership within a fast-paced, evolving product environment
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline
* 8+ years of experience in product management, specifically for digital platforms or fintech solutions
* Proven track record in card issuance, digital banking, or payment ecosystems
* Experience working in start-ups or agile, dynamic tech environments
* Excellent cross-functional communication skills and stakeholder alignment experience
* Strong understanding of user-centered design, MVP development, and continuous delivery models
* Business-oriented with the ability to align design decisions to commercial KPIs
